Cancellation Policy

If you are booking a Headspa Appointment, please note no fresh color within 2 weeks or hair extensions permitted. All Facials are subject to change and customization dependent on the condition of the client's skin and barrier. Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel appointments, a service fee of up to 50% of the booked service will be charged to the card on file if canceling within the 24 hours. Missed Appointments: If a client fails to cancel their appointment, and no shows, they are required to pay 100% of the total of the new appointment prior to booking Late Arrivals: We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. If a guest is 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another day. Thank You: We understand that emergencies happen, and life comes up. We appreciate your continued support.
