Service Description
60 minute relaxing and rejuvenating scalp treatment. Includes: a scalp analysis, oil massage treatment for dry or oily scalp, deep scalp exfoliation, double clarifying shampoo intense hydrating mask, deep conditioning, and face, neck shoulder massage. No extensions or fresh color within 2 weeks permitted
Cancellation Policy
If you are booking a Headspa Appointment, please note no fresh color within 2 weeks or hair extensions permitted. All Facials are subject to change and customization dependent on the condition of the client's skin and barrier. Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hour notice to cancel appointments, a service fee of up to 50% of the booked service will be charged to the card on file if canceling within the 24 hours. Missed Appointments: If a client fails to cancel their appointment, and no shows, they are required to pay 100% of the total of the new appointment prior to booking Late Arrivals: We respect your time and ask that you respect ours. If a guest is 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another day. Thank You: We understand that emergencies happen, and life comes up. We appreciate your continued support.
